If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item with your receipt to our Guest Services Counter and we will gladly offer a refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase.
Return with receipt:
We offer a return or exchange on products accompanied by a receipt and your Longo's Thank You Rewards card, if applicable.
Return without receipt:
We offer an exchange of equal or lesser value.
Baby food, formula, gift cards and lotto:
Are deemed final sale and non-refundable.

Loft Cooking Class Cancellations & Refunds
Online cooking class purchases:
Cancellations are available up to 48 hours before the class is scheduled, and a refund will be provided. If you would like to cancel or require support with an order containing Loft Cooking Classes, please contact our Guest Care team by email or phone.
In-store cooking class purchases:
Cancellations are available up to 48 hours before the class is scheduled, and a refund will be provided. If you would like to cancel or require support with an order containing Loft Cooking Classes, please visit our Guest Services Counter at the Longo's location you purchased the class from and speak to one of our Team Members. Or, contact our Guest Care team by email or phone.
Class cancellations by Longo's:
If Longo’s cancels a class, you will be notified by email and your payment method will be refunded.
