Battery recycling now available in all stores
We’ve collaborated with Call 2Recycle to offer Guests convenient battery recycling at Longo’s stores! With this partnership, Longo’s becomes the first grocery chain in Ontario to provide this important program, and continues to drive positive and sustainable changes towards waste reduction.

Sustainability in Stouffville
Longo’s Stouffville store is the first of its kind in Canada and one that sets a new standard for sustainable grocery stores. For example, the store generated 100,255 kWh of renewable energy in 2020, enough to power 8.6 homes for a year. Learn more about the sustainability features at our near net zero energy store.
