Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council

As part our commitment to fuel healthier and happier lives, we established a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Council in partnership with the Canadian Centre for Diversity and Inclusion. We believe that to build a strong culture, our Team Members, Guests, community, and vendor partners need to share a sense of belonging. We have partnered with BlackNorth Pledge – and initiative that aims to end anti-Black systemic racism by using a business-first mindset. We have also partnered with the Pinball Clemons Foundation and Jamaal Malgorie Foundation, both of which support underserved and marginalized youth by providing education resources and assistance.
